If you don't then buy or build a desktop PC for anywhere between $600 to $1000 and you should have a very capable Lumion machine. If you absolutely need a portable device buy the Mac but don't expect to run Lumion much. The other downside to Apple's laptops in general is their poor cooling, they will heat up quickly and then slow down you performance to keep the temperatures below 90-100☌. I have a Macbook from 2015 with AMD graphics, it's a very capable machine but Lumion relies heavily on your graphics card so the Mac can't keep up.
